Creamy Avocado Pasta Sauce


  • 4 cups cooked pasta (I used Eat Banza)
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • Sea salt/Natural salt


  • Place avocado, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, basil and sea salt in a blender
  • blend until smooth. If too chunky, add 1tbsp of water and blend. Keep doing until desired consistency is reached
  • mix in with Pasta, toss, and add other vegetables of your choice
  • Sprinkle your serving with sea salt. The fats and potassium in the avocado will help counteract salt's effect on the body 🥑
