Chocolatey Pretzel Bark



  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life Foods)
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup crushed pretzels (I used Quinn snacks)
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • Crushed peppermint (I just crunched up a candy cane)
  • Sea salt


  • Over low heat, slowly melt the chocolate chips
  • I take mine off of heat before it is fully melted, and continue to mix well. It will continue to be hot, but won't cause burning
  • Mix in almonds, pumpkin seeds, and pretzels (leave some aside to top with if you'd like)
  • Pour into a bread pan lined with wax paper
  • Top with any leftover almonds or pretzels, as well as crushed peppermint and sea salt
  • Store in fridge and enjoy!!
