"Candy Corn" Smoothie

Hi all!

I uploaded this candy corn inspired smoothie the other day, and had the ingredients up on my story. But helllo, those don't last forever! So I decided to break it down here if you wanted to try it in the next week or two.

I didn't measure the ingredients exactly, because depending on sizes of fruits you use, the thickness of the smoothie you like, or what tastes you prefer, it can differ greatly. Wanted to just give you the ingredients at least :)
 


Yellow Layer:

  • About 1/3 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup cauliflower (steamed then frozen)
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • Almond milk (start low, blend, you can always add more. but less is best for thickness)
     

Orange Layer:

  • About 1/3 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen sweet potato (bake then freeze)
  • Handful frozen cauliflower (steam then freeze)
  • 1/4 cup frozen carrots (steam then freeze)
  • Almond milk
     

White Layer (My fav one!):

  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • Handful frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup kefir or plain yogurt
  • Coconut chips
  • Almond milk
