Hi everyone! I'm Alex Agasar.

I originally created this account and blog as an outlet to share my healthy food creations instead of bothering my hometown friends with oatmeal bowls and avocado toast on my personal account.

What I didn't know was how passionate I was about this, and how many amazing people I'd meet and learn from along the way.

This was originally a place I shared "healthy" recipes and creations every day. I am currently in the process of switching over to sharing more of my journey with a healthy relationship to food. You can have an

avocado every day, kale at every meal, and all the micro greens in the world, but without a lotta self love, you don't got nothin', baby.

I graduated from Penn State University in 2016 with a degree in kinesiology, and I'm currently following my heart by going back for my masters in nutrition to ultimately become a registered dietitian. My dream is to become a dietitian that focuses on helping people have a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Basically, I love ice cream and I also love salad. I believe you can be healthy at any size, and I fervently believe diets don't work.
